1. Using the website

By using this website, you agree to use it lawfully, respectfully, and in a way that does not interfere with the site, its security, or another person’s use of it. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape the site in a way that burdens it, or use the site to violate applicable law or another person’s rights.

2. RevTools services

RevTools provides revenue recovery, AI Front Desk, website, automation, and related consulting or implementation services at a general level. The website describes capabilities and examples; the exact scope, channels, integrations, deliverables, fees, and launch conditions for a customer are established in the applicable proposal, order, statement of work, or other written agreement.

AI-assisted features may help answer inquiries, capture and qualify leads, follow up, coordinate next steps, and support booking or CRM workflows where configured. Availability depends on the selected service, connected platforms, configuration, and information supplied by the customer.

3. Eligibility and customer responsibilities

You must have authority to act for the business or person represented in a request. You are responsible for providing accurate information, reviewing configurations and outputs, maintaining access to systems you connect, and ensuring that your instructions, content, contacts, and messaging practices comply with applicable law and platform rules.

Age Requirement You must be at least 18 years old to use RevTools services, submit forms, or participate in the RevTools SMS program.

You must not use RevTools to send unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or unauthorized communications, or to contact people without the permissions required for the channel and message type. You are responsible for honoring opt-out requests and maintaining any consent records that your workflow requires.

4. Third-party platforms and integrations

RevTools may connect with third-party hosting, chat, CRM, calendar, analytics, messaging, or other platforms. Those platforms are controlled by their respective providers and may change, become unavailable, or impose their own terms, fees, limits, approval processes, or data practices. RevTools is not responsible for a third-party platform’s independent operation or policy, but will use reasonable efforts to support the agreed integration scope.

5. AI-assisted output

AI-assisted outputs are generated from the information and configuration available to the service. They may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a particular situation. You are responsible for reviewing important outputs, customer-facing content, qualification decisions, bookings, and communications before relying on them where human review is appropriate. RevTools does not provide legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice through an AI feature.

6. Fees, subscriptions, and cancellation

Fees and payment terms are those stated in the applicable proposal, order, or service agreement. Where a RevTools offer is presented as month-to-month, it does not require a long-term contract unless the parties expressly agree otherwise in writing. A customer may cancel a month-to-month service in accordance with the notice and billing terms stated in the applicable agreement. Either party may suspend or terminate a service for material breach, nonpayment, misuse, or where continued operation would create a security, legal, or platform risk.

7. Intellectual property

RevTools and its licensors retain rights in the RevTools website, software, templates, methods, designs, documentation, and other materials provided by RevTools, except for customer materials and rights expressly granted in a written agreement. You retain rights in materials you provide, and you grant RevTools the limited rights needed to provide the requested service. You may not copy, resell, or commercially exploit RevTools materials outside the agreed use.

8. SMS program

Where enabled and separately consented to, LIBERTAS VITA LLC operating the RevTools service may send informational SMS such as responses to inquiries, service-related follow-up, appointment or estimate coordination, and reminders. A separate optional marketing consent may permit promotional SMS about RevTools services, promotions, offers, and service updates. Message frequency may vary and message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. RevTools will honor valid opt-out requests for future applicable messages, subject to messages that are necessary to process the opt-out or otherwise permitted by law.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The website and general information are provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, RevTools disclaims warranties not expressly stated in a written agreement, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, a particular revenue result, or that every lead, booking, integration, or AI output will be accurate or successful.

To the extent permitted by law, RevTools will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity arising from use of the website or services. Any liability for a paid service is limited to the amounts paid for that service during the period stated in the applicable agreement, except where the law does not permit a limitation.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms as the website or services change. The updated Terms become effective when posted, unless a written customer agreement says otherwise. Your continued use of the website after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
