SMS / A2P Messaging Terms

1. RevTools SMS program

LIBERTAS VITA LLC, operating the RevTools service, may send text messages to people who separately and expressly opt in through an applicable RevTools or connected service flow. Informational messages may include responses to inquiries, follow-up about a requested assessment or demonstration, appointment or estimate coordination, reminders, and other service communications described at the time of consent. Marketing messages may include RevTools services, promotions, offers, and service updates only where the person separately selects the optional marketing consent.

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchase.

2. Consent and opt-in

Providing a phone number does not by itself consent to SMS. SMS consent is a separate, optional action and is not bundled with acceptance of general Terms. Consent must be unchecked by default, and you can submit a form or request without opting into SMS.

Informational and marketing consent are separate, optional choices. Selecting one does not select the other, and neither is required to submit a form. The consent records are stored and honored separately. Marketing consent is not a condition of purchase.

3. Opt out and get help

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to a message from LIBERTAS VITA LLC regarding RevTools. After you send STOP, the applicable program should send a confirmation acknowledging the request, identifying RevTools, and confirming that you will no longer receive applicable messages from that program. If you later want to receive messages again, you must complete a new valid opt-in.

For help, reply HELP to a message from LIBERTAS VITA LLC regarding RevTools or contact support@revtoolspro.com. The HELP response and support contact identify RevTools and provide a way to obtain assistance.

4. Mobile information and privacy

Mobile information obtained through SMS consent is used to operate the RevTools messaging program and provide the informational or marketing communications described at opt-in. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

5. Carrier and delivery notice

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to the operation of wireless networks, device settings, coverage, and provider systems. We cannot guarantee that every message will arrive or arrive at a particular time.

6. Terms and changes

Use of the RevTools SMS program is also governed by the Terms of Service. We may update these SMS Terms when the program or applicable requirements change. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date.
