This may include your name, business name, email address, phone number, website address, message content, appointment details, and other information you include in your request.

When you use this website, we may also receive technical and usage information such as pages viewed, referring pages, browser or device information, approximate network information, and performance or diagnostic data. RevTools uses Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights in production, and the website includes a LeadConnector/HighLevel chat widget. Those providers may process information as needed to provide their respective website, analytics, chat, or communications functions.

2. How we use information

We use information to respond to inquiries, provide requested assessments or demonstrations, communicate about services, schedule or coordinate consultations, operate and secure the website, improve the website and service experience, understand website performance, and provide or support RevTools services that you request.

We may use contact information for service-related follow-up when you have asked us to communicate with you or have otherwise provided the applicable consent. We do not treat simply entering a phone number as SMS consent.

3. Service providers and sharing

We may share information with vendors and service providers that process it on our behalf to host the website, provide analytics and performance measurement, operate chat or communication features, support scheduling, protect the website, or provide requested services. These providers may use information only as needed to perform services for RevTools and under their own applicable terms and policies.

We do not sell personal information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

4. Cookies, analytics, and third-party tools

The website and its providers may use cookies, similar technologies, or privacy-preserving measurement tools to operate the site, remember preferences, measure performance, and understand aggregate website use. 7. SMS and mobile information

LIBERTAS VITA LLC, operating the RevTools service, only sends SMS where the applicable service and consent flow support it. Informational SMS may include service-related responses to inquiries, follow-up, appointment or estimate coordination, and reminders. Where a person separately selects the optional marketing consent, promotional SMS may include RevTools services, promotions, offers, and service updates. Message frequency may vary and message and data rates may apply. SMS consent is not a condition of purchase. See our SMS Terms for program details.

Informational and marketing SMS consent are stored and honored separately. SMS opt-in information and consent are not used for third-party promotional marketing.

8. Children

This website is intended for business users and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly request personal information from children.

9. Changes and contact
